Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, a return is only possible if the package is sent back to us unopened. The costs for the return shipment will not be covered.
We recommend airtight, light-protected, cool and dry storage. A good way to do this is to wrap the baggie in aluminum foil to ensure darkness, then store it in an airtight Tupperware box to make sure it stays really dry, and place the box in the refrigerator. This way, you should be able to store the substance for up to a year or possibly even longer without any significant loss of substance.
Sub-zero temperatures in themselves do not harm the molecule – but there are practical risks involved in handling it. We therefore recommend the refrigerator as a stable, lower-risk solution.
Your order will of course be sent in an inconspicuous package that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the contents.
We ship our products daily from Monday to Friday, provided payment is received by 10 am. Delivery is usually one to three working days later. Payments for orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We send every order in a small parcel and not in an envelope. As a rule, parcels are handed over personally by DHL and not posted through the letterbox.
The dimensions of our parcels are 20 cm x 14 cm x 3.3 cm (L x W x H).
For bureaucratic reasons, we currently only ship within Germany.
