Due to our rapid company growth, we are looking for employees (m/f/d) in customer service (32-40 hours/week) and employees (m/f/d) in shipping (32-40 hours/week) to strengthen our team.

Employee (m/f/d) Customer Service

Your tasks

– You will independently process customer inquiries via telephone, email, Whatsapp, Telegram and handle even challenging customers with confidence. You will also send payment reminders to our customers and carry out cancelations.

– Teamwork: You create and maintain tables for transit time complaints, follow-up orders and shipping specialties and work closely with your team colleagues from customer service and shipping.

– Direct customer contact: You will be the face of our company in providing direct customer support on site at events as well as markets and will carry out cashiering and sales activities independently. Your contribution helps us to maintain close contact with our community.

– Products: You will assist with packing our products (cutting, counting) and labeling storage boxes.

Employee (m/f/d) Shipping

Your tasks

– Shipping: You will carry out daily payment allocations, pack and ship our customers’ orders independently and finally enter the shipment numbers in our order system. You will also process late arrivals (forgotten house/post/packing station numbers) and returns.

– Teamwork: You maintain and take into account notes in tables on special shipping features and work closely with your team colleagues from shipping and customer service.

– Goods: You will assist with packing our goods (cutting, counting) and labeling storage boxes.

– Reliability: You are characterized by your reliable and conscientious way of working and keep an eye on the schedule.

– Accuracy: You value precision and care in your work. Accuracy in every detail helps us to maintain the high quality of our products and services.
